I was recently invited to perform at a showcase for the LA Women in Music Singer-Songwriter night (formerly known as Soiree in it's 19 year history). What an honor! (But how SCARY! :O!)

Let me explain: The day started innocently enough...I was working on my friend's hair and I got a call from my friend T.K. about this opportunity.  Unfortunately, since I was busy, he got a hold of my manager first, who without hesitation went ahead and booked the show (with a week's notice of the event. WAAAHH!!).

That leads me to this blog post, and my first post EVER on my official website :D! I hope to see you all there! It's been awhile since my last performance...I'm so excited!
